Description
Salt that survived fire three times.
Ancient Korean roasted bamboo salt, a 1300-year-old technique.
You filter your water, cold-press your oil and read every label. Then you pour refined white salt over all of it. Ancient Korean roasted bamboo salt, a 1300-year-old technique, was made for exactly that moment.
The 1300-year-old method
Salt is packed into bamboo, sealed and roasted at high heat. The process is repeated, here three times, which concentrates minerals, softens the salt’s bite and leaves a gentle smoky note.
Why switch
- Roasted three times. Ancient Korean roasted bamboo salt, a 1300-year-old technique, for a smooth, mellow finish.
- 60+ trace minerals. Naturally drawn from bamboo and sea salt.
- Mellow and smoky. A gentle smoky depth, less sharp than white salt, so you often feel you need less.
- For the whole family. One salt for every age and every meal.
- Naturally alkaline. Roasting in bamboo gives the salt an alkaline character, unlike plain white salt, which is neutral.
